I appreciate all types of design. If I had to choose just one design slogan, it would be “mix old with the new.” I love to see vintage and mid-century elements combined with new, bold elements. I also love it when my couples’ weddings are inspired by a family heirloom. It is my favorite to build a design around something extra special to my clients; whether it is a plate, a photo, a drawing, or Grandma’s prom dress!

On average, my clients are booking me 12-18 months before their wedding date. However, I have worked with clients who book 4 months out and will also start working with you 24 months out.

It starts with a complimentary consultation. In this meeting, we will get to know one another. I spend the first half hour getting to know you. Learning about your relationship, your desires, your wedding goals, and your planning needs. The second part of this meeting is your opportunity to get to know me. I share about my process, my specialties, how I handle unexpected events, and you ask me all the questions that are important to you. If we both decide that we are a good match, I send you a proposal with a quote. Then the contract is sent, signed, and a non-refundable retainer is made to secure the date. As soon as you sign the contract and pay the retainer, I begin working on your wedding!
